What is Lave City?

Lave City is a game project set in a western world. It combines atmosphere, town life, buildings, trading, and long-term progression into a unique frontier experience.

The idea

At the center of Lave City is a frontier settlement in the Wild West. Players move through a world of dust, wooden storefronts, saloons, warehouses, and competing activities. The town is not just a backdrop, but an active part of the game.

Core gameplay

In Lave City, you build your own territory in the Wild West: secure claims, extract resources, supply towns via trade routes, and grow your economy across the saloon, bank, sheriff office, and general store.

The 48 towns on the map are the central element. They must be supplied with resources and expanded step by step into metropolises. But no town can be brought there by a single player alone: it takes a team, coordination, and reliable partners. But who can you trust?

On the persistent world map, building, strategy, and multiplayer come together: found or join a clan, coordinate troops, manage bunkhouses, and compete with other players.

The Bugshot Festival also offers a fast-paced competition format: city championships, national finals, and award ceremonies as an ongoing series.

The game feel

Lave City is meant to be more than a menu-based game. It should feel like a world with character. Every page, building, and system is designed to make players feel part of a growing western town, with clarity, style, and atmosphere at the core.

Planned focus areas

Long-term development

Lave City is under active development and expands step by step. The goal is a living game world with more content, more buildings, more interaction, and an ever stronger western identity.
